Job DescriptionResponsible to conduct effective delivery of capability development for all internal sales force & respective partner’s staffs and and support any sales related activities which lead to the achievement of agreed key sales parameters in respective designated distribution channel through the implementation of comprehensive training roadmap and development initiatives as determined in training strategic plan.
Conduct continuous development & sales training road map for all internal sales forces and respective partner’s staffs in respective distribution channels and maintain learning is executed in professional manners as determined in each of the program guide line to ensure the achievement of learning objectives;
Perform accurate administration training and development activities, which include training report, field observation reports, and manage the training and development database is regularly updated;
Sales Achievement Conduct regular meeting with designated Sales Team to identify any specific training and development needs to be delivered in the specific period of time frame; and develop specific training & development materials as follow up of conducted training need analysis; Conduct regular on-field sales observation to ensure the sales practices are conducted in line with legal and compliance guidance; and conduct live coaching to ensure the achievement of agreed key sales parameters; Liaise with respective Sales Leaders within respective designated distribution channels/region to support any sales related events with limited agreed scope of responsibility as advised by respective supervisor.
Material Development and Coordination of SEC
Review existing development materials, update and improve materials following needs and new development in the field
Develop material for sales development for various topics in regional scope and national scope together with SEC team
Help SEC Unit Head in coordinating Regional Trainers to make SEC team more effective in performing their tasks.
1. Experienced trainer in financial industry with minimum length of professional experience for 3 -4 years
2. Have a strong knowledge in insurance products in spesific bancassurance.
3. A person with strong presentation skill, material delivery and impact-ful communication which may present in coaching ability
4. A person with strong interpersonal skill, capable to build connection and coordination with people within the team or crossed unit team member
5.The talent with minimum bachelor degree holder capable to perform professional communication both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
